Ambrose Alli University Management Introduces New Certificate Collection Process

In response to the hardships faced by Ambrose Alli University graduates in obtaining their certificates, the university management has implemented a new system that allows graduates to collect their certificates before leaving campus. This decision comes as a result of extensive deliberation by the management, aiming to alleviate the risks and challenges faced by graduates when returning to Ekpoma to collect their certificates.

To implement this new process, the following steps have been outlined:

  1. Once final year students’ results are approved by the Senate, a copy will be forwarded to Exams and Records for processing the Statement of Result.
  2. The ICT department will receive a copy to ensure graduates pay the necessary certificate fee.
  3. The calligrapher will receive a copy to inscribe the certificate.
  4. Signatories, including the Vice-Chancellor and Registrar, will ensure their signatures are appended to the certificate within 48 hours.
  5. Upon presentation of the certificate processing fee to the Senate Services Division, the certificate will be sealed and issued to the graduate.

“The success of this new certificate issuance regime relies on the cooperation of all stakeholders, including lecturers, Heads of Departments, Deans, and the graduating students themselves. Together, they can ensure a seamless process for certificate issuance, providing graduates of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma with a much-needed relief before their departure from the campus.” the management said.
