The Edo State Government has expressed its heartfelt felicitations to His Royal Highness, Prince Dele Obaitan, on his historic ascension to the revered throne of Olososo of Ososo.
In a statement, Secretary to the State Government, Osarodion Ogie Esq., pledged the government’s unwavering support to empower the traditional ruler in his new role, ensuring the advancement of Ososo’s people and the preservation of their rich cultural heritage.
“I extend my warmest congratulations to you, His Royal Highness Prince Dele Obaitan, on your ascension to this esteemed throne,” Ogie said. “We have every confidence that you will build upon the solid foundations laid by your father, Oba Anselm Adeloro Obaitan, Ichama II, JP, and steer Ososo towards a brighter future.”
Ogie highlighted Prince Dele Obaitan’s impressive track record as the former Commissioner for Tourism, Culture, and Diaspora Affairs, expressing optimism that his experience would greatly benefit the people of Ososo.
“The government assures you of our unrelenting support and partnership as you lead the charge in advancing the interests of Ososo and preserving its cultural legacy,” Ogie added.
