On Monday, June 12, 2023, young individuals from all 18 local government regions of Edo State will welcome State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, at the inauguration of the new executive team of the Edo State branch of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN).

The event is set to occur at the Edo NYCN Secretariat, Akpakpava, Benin City, starting at 9 am sharp.

In a conversation with the press, the Deputy Chairman of Edo NYCN, Johnson Matthew Ogbogho, expressed that the inauguration, marking the beginning of the youth body’s new leadership, will provide a chance for the state governor to engage with the state’s youth.
