In an attempt to increase the state’s tourism potential, Mr. Lucky Erherha, the CEO of Zumera Group, has announced that his company is starting work on a skyscraper project in Edo named “Zumera Tower.”
Erherha stated at the project’s Benin City kickoff that the five-story Zumera Tower would serve as a benchmark for contemporary real estate development.
He mentioned that all of the property’s floors would be fully automated for convenient access in the tower.
Erherha declared, “Star auditorium, the state’s most advanced auditorium to date, will be located on the ground floor. Modern seating for more than 1000 people and an adjacent pre-work area are located in the auditorium. Training programs, exhibitions, book launches, corporate team-building exercises, and art and lifestyle events are among the various independent uses for which the lighting and sound system are appropriate.
The Zumera Premium Suites are located directly above the auditorium. Eleven opulent suites that adhere to international standards will be located on this second floor. Every room is equipped with modern amenities that will elevate Dubai to the level of Edo State.
“Every room in the tower, from the manager’s office to the security guard’s entrance, would be thoughtfully designed to accommodate distinct user needs”
He went on, “Technological innovation will be centered in the office space. The state capital will be the top choice for business executives wishing to establish their operations due to its facilities.”
Asked how the project would fare in the face of skyrocketing building costs, Erherha said that the company would not compromise on the quality of materials used for the building of the tower as he believed that the tower would represent the core values of the company.
