Governor Godwin Obaseki has constituted a taskforce to tackle development control and environmental challenges in Edo State, appointing Hon. Matthew Ikhide as chairman.
According to Crusoe Osagie, Special Adviser to the Governor on Media Projects, the taskforce aims to address pressing environmental and development concerns.
“The governor has approved the constitution of the Taskforce on Development Control and Environmental Issues,” Osagie stated.
The taskforce comprises:

Bridget Ojo Omorotionwan
Ese Ogbebor
Henry Enabulele (Ministry of Physical Planning, Housing, Urban and Regional Development)
Osamudiamwen Omoregie (Edo State Inland Revenue Service)
Bobby Obayuwana (Media)
Isaac Ero (Secretary)
The taskforce’s inauguration date will be announced shortly.
